How does the BuyBack protection work?

• When you place your order, you will be given the option to purchase our Buy Back Guarantee for just €6.95 per order. Our Buy Back Guarantee allows you to return any surplus currency to any of our branches, at the same exchange rate as your original purchase. There is no exchange fee for returning your coin if you opt for this service.
• When you return to Spain, you can visit any of our branches whose staff will process the return and credit your payment method. You may return a maximum of 50% of the amount of your original order in currency. All Buy Back Guarantee transactions must be completed within 30 days of the original transaction.
