Process:

 

1. Fill out the form. It will be sent to the email address reservas@changegroup.es.

 

2. You will receive an email confirming the details of your request (availability, exchange rate, additional shipping costs, terms and conditions, etc.).

 

3. If you agree with the details and price of the transaction, you will need to reply to the email to initiate the delivery process.

 

4. You will receive another email with your reference number.

 

5. Payment must be made in cash for deliveries that take place at any of our offices located in Madrid (Calle Pajaritos, Santa Sabina, San Máximo, and Luca de Tena).

 

6. The client agrees to receive the foreign currency or euros on the date and time indicated in this form. If not, the corresponding transportation costs will need to be paid.
