What documents do I need to pick up my currencies at a ChangeGroup branch?
- When picking up your order at one of our branches, you will need to provide the following documents:
- Your order confirmation number
- Your valid Passport, National Identity Card (DNI) or Foreigner's Identity Number (NIE).
- Please note that the name on your ID document must match that of the payment card or bank account holder.
- Please note that collection is subject to the opening hours of the designated collection branch (opening hours will be visible at the time of placing your order and can also be viewed on our website). Remember to allow enough time to make your collection before you leave on your journey.
